What's in the Box?

Through our Near-Peer Residency, or "Links" program, participants create strong support systems for each other based on shared college experiences. Older college students are paired with first years based on college, personality, or major. In addition to regular meetings and workshops, the older college students also send care packages to their first year partners.

Check out this box, which an older postsecondary assembled for their first year to show support. This collection of comforting items will be a surprise for the first year, and a reminder that her postsecondary partner is looking out for her!
